Return Policy
For damaged goods, see our damaged goods policy below.
Prior to returning merchandise, you must first contact our company via e-mail or writing (letter) informing us as to what item you wish to return. Please include item number, price, and reason for the return.
All non-damaged goods returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of receiving, repacking, and reshelving.
If an item is returned without contacting us first, only 50% will be refunded. If that item is returned used or broken, then the refund will be 50% minus the cost of repairs.
No refunds on shipping and handling.
Shipping and handling on return merchandise is the consumers responsibility.

Back Order Policy
You will be notified as soon as possible if your order is placed on back order. Unless otherwise specified, we hold your entire order so it can be shipped in its entirety.

Shipping Policy
We strongly advise our customers to purchase shipping insurance for any order. Contact us for a quote.

Sales Tax charge for 5% within the state of Wisconsin and 5.5% within Vilas County, Wisconsin.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of the sale.

Damaged Goods Policy
When merchandise arrives at its destination in less than perfect condition, it is very important to identify the problem immediately, while the delivery person is still there and it needs to be noted to the driver. You must insist that they note and make a record of boxes that are smashed, slashed or crushed. Even dents should be noted. Our shipping department inspects every box prior to shipping. At the time of pickup it is in perfect condition. UPS or the freight carriers are responsible for any damage once it leaves our warehouse. Replacement cost can only be collected if you acknowledge the problem when you receive the goods. Please use the following guidelines.
UPS Deliveries: Before you sign for a delivery, carefully inspect each item. If the package appears damaged and it looks like contents are missing you may choose to refuse it. If it appears to be "box" damage only. Keep it. UPS only reimburses for damages or loss of contents, not the shipping carton. Notify us immediately to discuss the damage and course of action to be taken.
